Today I need You. More than normal. I am running on empty. Too many of life's affair's have been too many balls in the air. I am about to faint. Weary. Tired. Spent. Done.
Your wisdom is what I have asked for. Forever. My whole life. Wisdom. You are guiding. You are leading. I see your hand. I hear your voice. I feel your favor. And I walk confidently in the fact that I am Yours and You are mine.
But.... right now.... I need you.(I am done with me. There is nothing left)
Today: will you carry me? Will you wrap your hand firmly around my waist and take me where I need to go? Will you give me grace? I ask that my heart is protected today from any additional blows. May your words spill from my mouth and your thoughts run through my head. May my eyes see your perspective and hear through your filter.
I belong to You. In that I rest.
